Drawing on over 18 years of international experience, Bridget supports leaders who are seeking a deeper sense of integration and balance to enhance professional and personal excellence.

Bridget works with senior and C-suite level leaders across a range of industries including professional services, government, media and finance. Bridget enjoys working with leaders who are grappling with making an impact in complex environments, who want to hone their ability to make decisions in the context of significant uncertainty and are interested in strengthening their leadership presence and capability and influence. Specific areas of focus include emotional intelligence, change leadership, cross-cultural team development, decision making, executive presence and strategic vision and foresight. 

Focusing on strengths, values, and self-awareness, Bridget is a highly empathic coach who balances her approach with pragmatic challenge and honest, constructive feedback. She uses a range of creative techniques and psychological assessments to elicit new insights, perspectives and possibilities for her clients. Her approach is informed by her research in the global political economy, organisational dynamics, adult development, leadership theory, positive psychology, and neuroscience.

In addition to her coaching experience, Bridget has expertise in designing and delivering strategic change, performance management, cultural change and leadership development programs. Her clients value her systemic perspective, her creative yet practical solutions, and her ability to facilitate meaningful processes for individuals, teams and organisations to explore and understand the critical elements of cultural and behavioural change.
