Overview

Fiona is a registered Psychologist and has worked internationally in both consulting and internal roles to help drive a high performing culture by working with teams as well as individuals. Since graduating from her Occupational and Organisational Psychology Masters with Distinction in the UK over 15 years ago, Fiona has worked with several of the major psychometric consulting firms to gain a deep understanding of how to get the most value from personality profiles. Fiona has worked across both the private and public sector and has a successful track record working with and coaching senior executives, partners and managers. She also has therapeutic experience to support overwhelm, stress management and clinical issues that can hamper workplace productivity such as anxiety.
