Humphrey’s experience includes coaching CEO’s, Deputy Vice Chancellors, Chair of Academic Senate, Executive Deans, Deans, Associate Deans, and Directors across multiple universities.
Humphrey has previously worked in Academia – As an Adjunct Faculty Member, at The Australian School of Business (ASB) and at the AGSM. He has been a contributing author for the Skills of Managing People subject of the Graduate Management Diploma and the Change Management Qualification and regularly helped design and facilitate a range of executive education programs.
He has a special interest in career planning and managing personal change for people considering mid and later life career changes.
His depth of leadership knowledge and experience includes:
- Director and Principal Psychologist for Lifelong Learning Systems for 25 years. He specialised in the design and delivery of a range of educational programs and change interventions aimed at strengthening individual, group and organisational effectiveness
- Adjunct Faculty Member of AGSM (University of Sydney and UNSW) facilitating leadership programs for over 15 years
- Session leader, Australian Institute of Management for 15 years
- Contributor to the NZ Institute of Management’s four week residential Advanced Management Program for 20 years
- Recognised executive and professional coach particularly in the University and Not for Profit sector.
