Overview
Isabelle has supported numerous organisations in the professional development of their workforce, using a variety of interventions and methods including psychometrics, coaching, training, research and evaluation and strategic design. She is committed to working within an approach that is practical, humanistic, respectful of individual context, and psychologically-informed.
Isabelle brings a wealth of practical experience. She spent over 20 years working as a research psychologist and senior leader in neuroscience research. During this time, she gained plenty of direct experience of working in high-stakes, high pressure environments and is particularly passionate about helping her clients to find explore their own personal connection between psychological well-being and workplace performance.
Isabelle’s coaching sessions and workshops tend to be supportive, challenging and behaviour-focused, and explore what sustained and meaningful change might look like to her clients.
With her background in psychology and research, she often takes an evidence based approach to personal and professional development topics, helping her clients to normalise their tricky thoughts and feelings by understanding their own behaviours and brains better.
Isabelle has been lucky enough to work with a diverse range of organisations, including coach training schools, charities, sporting organisations, education, the legal sector and retail.
