Overview
With more than 25 years of operational experience in public libraries, publishing and education, in roles ranging from marketing to general management and policy, Lisa brings her extensive corporate experience to coaching individuals and teams in a variety of contexts.
Whether working with academics, start-up founders, managers transitioning to leadership, or leaders in a more established role, Lisa has a keen interest in co-creating the ideal environment for innovation, collaboration and change. Industry clients include high achieving, accelerator-supported company founders, creative and tech start-ups and SME leaders transitioning into new growth, organisational development and investment phases.
A passionate advocate of the transformational power of coaching to change lives and business for the better, Lisa is known for her values-based approach and her ability to encourage a fresh perspective and commitment to sustainable change and organisational success.
Lisa has a particular interest in the sustainable workforce with a focus on age diversity and intergenerational teams, and supporting women to recover from burnout caused by the ‘midlife collision’ equipped to move forward with purpose and ambition.
