Overview
Louise brings to her coaching 25 years of operational and strategic experience in executive and management consulting roles specializing in complex organizational change and innovation. She has worked in professional services, financial services, tertiary education, research and development - in the public and private sectors.
Louise’s background includes working for global professional services firms specializing in change and leadership and leading teams throughout Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the UK. She has also held senior executive roles in the Public Sector leading regional services and state wide policy teams to deliver new services directions. She has led the strategy and facilitated the people, culture and thinking side of innovation in a range of organizations leading to significant ROI. Louise has become increasingly recognized in consulting to business on leading innovation. Her efforts in this field were published in Rethink Edward de Bono in Australia, 2006.
Coaching Style & Experience
Over the past 15 years, Louise has built up over 20,000 hours of coaching delivered at the board, executive and senior levels in the legal, financial, R&D, government and education (including university) sectors, which is focused on bringing about organisational and personal change.
She has led executive, feedback and extension coaching projects to support high potentials, succession planning and in the transition to higher levels of leadership and has supported executives to deal with uncertainty and complex decisions when taking a new product to market, in mergers or leading a reform agenda.
Her deep understanding of the commercial and the psychological allows her to support leaders to gain insights about themselves as leaders. With that knowledge they design practical development plans to work more effectively within their roles and to develop their leadership, careers, teams or organizations. Her management, consulting and psychological background allows her relate to the person’s drivers and concerns. She has a reputation for quickly building relationships, working collaboratively and for challenging with respect.
