Overview

Mark is an executive coach, team coach, facilitator, and mediator with proven expertise in creating higher performing leaders and teams.

He has extensive “real world” experience as a lawyer, retail operations manager, franchising manager, marketing director and CEO. This experience provides him with valuable insights into the challenges leaders face.

 

Mark has a solutions-focused approach to coaching and believes in his clients’ inherent potential to grow and develop. He has coached individuals from entry-level managers to Executive Directors, Partners, and CEOs.

 

He has facilitated numerous workshops to create higher-performing teams and organisations in the private, public and not for profit sectors.

Mark’s personal mantra as a coach is to “Listen, explore, respectfully challenge, and navigate action.”
