Paula has 25 years of experience in a variety of operational and organizational roles in the finance and consulting sectors. A specialist in adult learning, Paula has extensive experience in redesigning leadership and high performance team programs for digital platforms.
 
For the past decade, Paula co-led an international executive coaching practice from the UK, managing the back office and working with top leaders and teams to unlock their potential and enhance performance.
