Rob's coaching experience includes individual and team engagements with executive and senior leaders and their teams. His experience spans local, state and federal government, not for profit and a wide range of industries including banking and finance, healthcare, professional services, construction and infrastructure, aviation and FMCG.
Prior to his career as an executive coach Rob was a successful leader with senior commercial roles in global organisations including Sanofi and Novartis. Rob has extensive local and international experience having held leadership roles in Australia, Asia Pacific and Europe. Given his experience, Rob understands firsthand the complexities of leading teams within global organisations.
Areas of interest and focus include helping leaders to navigate key transitions with confidence, helping leaders to step into the challenge of leading within a VUCA world, helping leaders to develop signature presence so that they can create meaningful impact, and developmental coaching to increase and enhance psychological flexibility building leadership capacity.
Outside of work Rob is a passionate long-distance runner and shares this passion with his wife, Elise. On the weekend he can often be found on harbour or trail runs in preparation for an ultra-distance event coming soon. Rob’s focus on health, relationships and continued learning enables him to bring his best to his coaching practice.
