Overview

Sallie is a registered Clinical Psychologist, executive coach, and accredited mediator with a track record of delivering innovative people solutions and utilising data to drive business performance, change and personal transformation for senior executives and high potential individuals. Her strengths lie in her ability to cut through complexity and identify key levers for change. 

Sallie’s experience spans private and public sector organisations working across a diverse range of industries including, professional services, banking and finance, healthcare, management consulting, aviation, technology, IT solutions, FMCG and telecommunications. 

She has worked with executives and their teams in contexts including, leading transformational change, Merger & Acquisition, building a high-performance culture, influencing within a matrix, building and developing talent, employee engagement and transition to leadership roles.

Her experience includes working with a number of individual clients, SME’s and start ups. These include a fitness equipment company who had to pivot and deal with rapid growth during Covid; a security business, a technology company and a parking company.

 


Coaching Experience

Sallie has more than 16 years’ experience coaching senior leaders in the context of career promotion and role transition and has helped them to adapt and flex their leadership style to important situational cues to strengthen their executive impact and presence, increase their capacity to work more strategically, tolerate ambiguity more effectively, improve agility, and increase their self-awareness and impact on others. Her team coaching work has focussed on the building of more cohesive and high performing teams in service of collective impact to enhance their response to complex tactical, operational and team performance issues. This includes remediating problematic behavioural patterns in teams that cause factions and impact productivity. 

 

Sallie’s coaching approach is underpinned by her ability to draw from psychological, systems, contemporary management, adult development, neuroscience and learning theories and models. Her coaching process is both structured and emergent, evidence-based and outcome focused. She integrates her deep practical business experience together with her work as a psychologist and workplace mediator to be fit-for-purpose and learning oriented.


Coaching Style

Sallie’s coaching style is warm, authentic, adaptive, energetic and reflexive as well as practical and outcome focused. Sallie helps her clients strengthen their impact and executive presence by linking their outward behaviours to the underlying triggers and blind spots that hold them back. 

 

This simultaneously strengthens their ability to self-regulate, develop deeper self-insight and make meaningful and impactful change in their lives. Sallie has a particular interest in corporate wellbeing and the science of optimal human performance. She coaches leaders in unlocking their potential by bringing in self-compassion, deep personalisation and a growth mindset to be their best selves.
