As a previous Information Technology and Communications (ITC) CEO, Tammy has designed and delivered team and strategic business initiatives aligned with sustainable organisational change. She works internationally in over 120 industries and is based in Melbourne, Australia. She has extensive experience working virtually with individuals and teams and has over 12,000 face to face coaching hours.
Tammy leverages her previous executive background in ITC including IBM, Lexmark, Sybase, and internet start-ups along with over 20 years’ experience in leadership and coaching. She makes use of the latest perspectives on leadership and utilises a broad range of tools and facilitation techniques that are tailored to the needs of the client to deliver transformation and bottom-line results.
