EXPERIENCED AND ACCREDITED COACHES

All Peoplemax coaches are experienced coaches with significant business and leadership experience as well as training in the behavioural sciences. All of our coaches are tertiary qualified and hold recognised coaching or psychology qualifications.

EVIDENCE BASED

Our coaching and facilitation are underpinned by theory and evidence and we stay abreast of current trends and developments in our field. E.g. neuroscience, resilience at work, adult development, diversity and inclusion, leadership effectiveness, change management, project management and people and culture. Our coaches draw from their fields in psychology, technology, finance, engineering, business, diagnostics, health care, education, public sectors and more.

ETHICS AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Peoplemax aligns its coaching practices and methodologies with the International Coaching Federation's Code of Ethics. An important part of this Code of Ethics is respecting confidentiality and we hold ourselves to the highest possible standard when it comes to protecting confidentiality.

PERSONALISED COACH MATCHING

No two coaching assignments are the same with each individual having different needs. At Peoplemax we acknowledge this and match each coach with the specific needs of the individual. Our deep bench allows us to do this.

With over 30 high-quality coaches to draw on, Peoplemax is able to scale up to even the largest of assignments. We pride ourselves though on our responsiveness and personalised attention and are pleased that our current size still permits this.

EXPERT USE OF INSTRUMENTS

Peoplemax coaches are accredited in and able to provide leadership style and 360 degree feedback instruments in conjunction with coaching. These instruments increase self-awareness and provide objective data on an individual’s style. We frequently use one or more of the following instruments in our coaching assignments: Myers Briggs Type Inventory, Human Synergistics LSI, The Leadership Circle (TLC), Hogan Personality Assessments, Genos Emotional Intelligence Instrument and the Resilience at Work (RAW).

REGULAR REPORTING

We are experienced at managing executive coaching assignments and understand the importance of regular progress reporting. Peoplemax has standard reports as well as the ability to customise them if required. The content of coaching sessions is always confidential so discussion and feedback to the organisation does not include actual content discussed.
