Diana has spent more than 25 years working in senior executive leadership roles in ASX-Listed and Global Companies in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Her Australian business experience covers diverse organisations including professional services, infrastructure, energy, medical, finance, State Governments and tertiary education. Diana has a deep interest and awareness of other cultures and extensive international coaching experience, having coached executives across numerous levels in Australasia, Asia and North America.
Diana has first-hand business and leadership experience as a senior executive in complex and fast paced environments. Diana’s business and coaching experience and expertise has given her a deep appreciation of the personal and business issues facing senior managers and executives in high-level roles. She worked with CEOs and senior executives, emerging leaders and teams in public and private sector organisations, including ASX-Listed and Global Companies, as well as NGOs and Not-For-Profits.
